| This is the first stoneware house made
by Ray and Michelle. The Cathedral was inspired by an artist they
saw in Home Magazine who was creating similar pieces. They
made this first piece on Thanksgiving of 1970, which led to years
of creating Tudor houses, Victorian houses and many Castles. The first picture below was taken right after the Cathedral was made, it was shot with a Polaroid Land camera. The second picture, taken with a digital camera, is where it sits to this day. |
